The version of AntDM used: 1.15.1
- Your version of Windows : Win 7 x32
- Your Internet Browser : Firefox
- Specify if you can repeat the problem: Yes 3 out of 10 downloads fail with error
- If an AntDM error message appears, give it to us : It just says "ERROR" Does not give any freaking error code
- For a download problem, give the link of the file and the address of the internet page : It is multiple sites, happens quite often

ALSO, it starts missing parts of the download.
If the same file is downloaded directly, it downloads just fine, but AntDM gives an error that it could not download a few pieces and the file size may be smaller, in case if video clips, it says that it is missing xx number of minutes .....

This was NOT a problem a few versions ago..
Need this fixed.

Please try the latest beta https://antdownloadmanager.com/download.php. May be these bugs was fixed.

OK, The pop up when there is a downloadable file on the page shows the details first, but when you mouse over it to hit the download button, that window goes blank, no text, links or any other information, so you cannot download anything.

It is any URL, it is not specific to one page or site. The download window pops up and you can see the download button, the size of the file and if it is a video clip, the length, but when you go to click on it, the window becomes blank.

1. could you give me screenshot of this blank window?
2. try to fully uninstall antdm "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ant Download Manager\unins000.exe" and install again. It should clear all incorrect software settings.

Ok, I will try that, but just some more information. If there is only 1 download going, then most of the times there are no errors or skipped pieces, but if there is more than 1 going at the same time, the issues start happening.

I tried what you had stated, uninstalled the app fully, and then re installed the 1.15.2 beta, but still the same results.
1 download is ok
Multiple downloads, it starts crapping out.
Also, I did not see any way where you can queue the downloads and then download them manually one at a time.

I can assume that the server from which you download files does not support multiple connections, but you write that this happens with links from different sites.


Also, I did not see any way where you can queue the downloads and then download them manually one at a time.
The latest beta supports queues now.

1.16.0 Keeps crashing. I uninstalled it ans am re installing.
Is there a log I can send you so you can see what is going on?

TOTALLY crapped out... 1.16.0 and now any previous versions do not work. It may be a bug with the FF browser integration as well, but it starts to download, crashes, tried 1.16, 1.15.2 beta, 1.15.1, all doing the same thing...

I need a way to reproduce this. Please give a link that crashes.
What process crashes (firefox.exe, antff.exe, antdm.exe)?
Can you repeat the error on another computer? with another browser?

Other users do not send messages about a similar problem. Perhaps your problem is problem of a single PC. Possible reasons: failed Windows updates, conflict with another program or antivirus, personal PC settings, etc.
I would want you reproduce this on another PC.

I am using this on a virtual machine.
I have been using this on a VM ever since I acquired the license.
During the crash, it is Both the app and the FF Add-on that seem to be crashing.
I do not understand how they keep restarting by itself.
This is what I see, the download starts, the app crashes and shuts down, but in Task tray, it pops up gain by itself and then crashes again... so it goes into a loop.
I uninstalled the FF addin, and ran the app, it did not crash initially but then it would not do anything either.
I then installed this on to Chrome, and still the same behavior.
I deleted the VM and created another VM Win 7, with all the latest patches, 4 GB RAM and 50 GB HD
Even on the 2nd VM, it showed the same behavior.
Then I uninstalled using uninstall000.exe, rebooted the machine, and installed Ver 14.1.3, after install it wanted to upgrade to 16.0.1 and I let it upgrade.
After the upgrade, it showed the crashing behavior just once, and then did not crash, but I did not use it either after that, just left it unused and continued with other work just to see if it was unstable.
I did not use the browser during this time

I am going to test it again today.
As for the links, as I have stated earlier, it does not matter what site. It crashed trying to download the update from your site as well.

I will give to you the debug build for collect log. May be we can detect the crash place.


it is Both the app and the FF Add-on that seem to be crashing.
Do you use Anti-Virus? Disable it and repeat AntDM test.
