Bandwidth
Downloading a file takes a lot of bandwidth I guess cause browsing the internet gets incredibly slow, pages take a lot of time to load.
Btw Is this even possible?

Re: Bandwidth
I will recheck that point.
However, I should note that video file sizes are not exact values.
Most youtube video files are created by merging video and audio files, with the resulting file being converted to a new video format. As a result of these conversions, the final file will have a size different from the expected size. Only rarely does youtube offer a final video file with sound. In this case, its size will be as displayed in the list you provided.
In your particular example.
720p file size with audio
1080p file size with no sound and no further processing. Youtube does not allow you to download the final file along with the audio track. Therefore, the file size is smaller than after downloading.

But what about the bandwidth issue?
That is my main issue right now.

The bandwidth gives Youtube server.
If you need a smaller bandwidth, then descend the list below, select 1.5, 1.9, 2.5, 4.1 Mbit/s and manually add an audio track.

???
Did you read the first paragraph first post?
That issue is completely unrelated to the file size of YouTube videos.
In other words, I addressed two issues in my first post.

Re: Bandwidth
Try to reduce AntDM download speed (button: rocket, machine, snail)

Re: Bandwidth
You can also reduce the number of active threads and downloads (Main config\Tab Download\Extra).

Re: Bandwidth
OK adjusting to 2 threads only did work out.
Btw I didn't reduce the download speed just the number of threads.

Re: Bandwidth
Reducing the number of threads leads to a decrease in the download of bytes per unit of time.
Each thread downloads at such a speed as it allows your bandwidth and remote server.
