Download finishes, but cannot play media.

So this started with the update to 2.13, the app downloads the complete file, in this case 1.28GB
Compiles the file, but when you try to play it, is is a blank screen(White Screen) with a total duration of 1.36 mins.
Looking at the properties of the file itself, the duration in the properties of the file show 0:00:00, but in the thumb in the app when downloading it showed 2:25 Hrs.
I had to delete the app, uninstall it completely and go back to 2.11.0 and reinstall it from scratch, and that started working, but today even that version started giving the same issue.
So again updated to the latest, 2.13.0, but no luck.
So this is what is happening..
The app downloads all the parts, compiles it, but the video is unplayable.
