I tried to download couple videos with the latest beta and chrome browser. I did not see any problem with capture and download these two video.

Yes It does not show, there is no download option , this is the only site I have found that does not give the download option. You should look into this.
The links you suggested also do not give the download option. I also tried to switch the options as you had suggested, but still NO luck.

I did a retest.
Really can't capture video now. The site has probably changed the way the Now there is no coherent manifest that can be interpreted as a single video file.
