Hi!

This happened a while ago and it's happening again. I checked the file exclude_addrs_def.txt and found an entry for
download.windowsupdate.com there AGAIN. I don't know at what point this was re-introduced, but it needs to go.

(I removed the entry and now I can download from windowsupdate again)

Edit: it was working during last month's patch tuesday, so I guess it was re-introduced with v2.7.4, which was released on 18/08.
