MKV file loses audio after 10 seconds

Hi, when I try and download the MKV file at the top shown in the screenshot below - I get audio for the first ten seconds (when playing with VLC player) and then the playback loses audio after this. The file below this is a json file. The bottom file in the screenshot is another MKV file which is identically named as the top one but much smaller. I suspect I must merge the files somehow, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the issue was. Thanks.

This sound file downloads from spotify.com server. Spotify protects own audio content.
The bulk of the audio file is encrypted. Therefore, you cannot play it with your player.
