1.19.1 Cannot change download directory - Ant sticks on default

I often download files to specific directories. Starting with 1.19.1, even if I select a new directory (or create one) Ant refuses to use the new directory, and will only download into the default one.

It's too bad you didn't write how to reproduce your issue.
