problem downloading from one site

Hi!
I'm having trouble downloading these files

https://downloads.ntlite.com/files/NTLite_setup_x64.exe

https://downloads.ntlite.com/files/NTLite_setup_x86.exe

The downloads start, but after a few seconds, they start getting terribly slow and after a long while they finish, but the files are corrupted.
If I disable AntDM, then The browser downloads them very fast and with no errors.

I hope it can be looked into.

No prob here, but I'm using the latest beta (12 March) with Vivaldi.

I tried downloading these files using the latest version - there were no problems.
Try repeating the test using the latest 2.11.2 version.

Ok, I tried the latest version and although it works, it's still slower than downloading with the browser, for some strange reason...

for me x32 downloaded for 5sec x64 for 8 sec
