Portable packages files mismatch

Hello,

I downloaded the 3 compressed files containing portable versions

I found out two of them, 7z and zip have the same amount of files, 403 files in 14 folders, but the rar archive has only 264 files in 14 folders.

Is that correct or an archiving error?

There are not enough files in the favicons folder.
I'm gonna make up for a mistake in next time. It's not a big mistake.
