Watching the video on line it has subtitles, but the downloaded file does not show subtitles.
It cannot even see the subtitle file.

Try to temporary add subtitle types srt,vtt to system settings Main Config\File types\Automatically start downloading the followinf file types:
This should allow you to forcibly capture and download subtitles.
