Portable version

Hi,

How about a portable version for those like me who find them quite useful in some environments?
All settings written in a ini file. No registry entries at all.

There is such a task in TODO. The delay in its implementation is associated with a low need. It's waiting for its time.

"Number" depends on the number of requests from users who need a portable version.
Unfortunately, now there are no such requests.

If a simple way to implement the portable version is found, it will be added without waiting for additional requests.

FWIW portable does not work properly. Uninstall.bat deletes chrome extension folder

Now the extension can't get enabled. It stays grayed out
