You did not give a problem video link.
This is subscription site.
The subscription sites usually have DRM(Digital Rights Management) protection.
This is a new technology and all subscription sites are switching to it to protect their content.
Unfortunately, we do not support MPEG-DASH-DRM, M3U8-DRM protection now.

No, Tamilyogi actually free movie streaming site.
You can select some random any movie link and try to download.
IDM and eagleget works perfectly.

Please give me a video link for the test about which you speak

The video box works for these links. Use for it Firefox browser.

tamilyogi does not correctly set MIME type of video. Because of this, additional fixes for the chrome extension are needed. This is hardly advisable. A new extension may be added in the future in a similar as is Firefox way - Video Box.
