These links also can not download IDM, curl.exe.
The reason is

403 Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!

This is answer of website.
Probably the web site mameinfo.mameworld.info has its own internal authentication on the server before giving files.

nope, no auth required.
Like I said, In the past i've downloaded from there.

BTW, right clicking and selecting "save link as..." with the browser works just fine...

can not be downloaded with Antdm, but FDM downloads it with no problems...

This can make the site transparently on its side. From you personally, no authorization is required.

You can test your own

plase explain why FDM works just fine and AntDM doesn't...

Got some info that might help.
the address is this http://www.mameworld.info/mameinfo/download/Mameinfo0221.zip
FDM 3.9 won't download it, I believe, because it automatically changes the protocol to https (for whatever reason)
FDM 6.9 downloads it just fine.
AntDM won't download it, showing the error I posted in a previous post.
right click-->save as... with the browser also works.
